"1. A 20% cancellation fee equal to the entire tour cost will be applied to any cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date. 2. Refunds for cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the departure date will be 30% of the total tour price. 3. There would be cancellation fees equal to 50% of the total tour cost for any cancellations made seven to fifteen days before the scheduled departure date. 4. A cancellation made between 0 and 7 days before the departure date will result in cancellation fees equal to 100% of the total tour cost. 5. Activities and tours may not operate or may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions or sudden government laws or prohibitions, among other constraints."

Light woolens and cotton are recommended for summer. Full woolens, gloves, jackets, etc. are required for winter tours for adequate protection from the cold, especially when going skiing.

ATMs and banks can be difficult to find frequently in the hilly regions. Hence, it is best to carry cash for the entire trip duration to avoid any inconvenience.

Srinagar International Airport is the nearest airport well connected with major Indian cities. Alternatively, Jammu airport is located about 290 km away.
